The Oyo State Police Command has raided the apartment of the sacked chairman of Park Management System, Mukaila Lamidi, popularly known as Auxiliary on the night of Monday, 29 May, 2023 in Ibadan , Oyo state capital.
The police confiscated pump action guns, charms and other dangerous weapons from one of Auxiliary’s homes.
The head of Anti-Crime was caught saying ‘To God be the glory. Our operation was successful. These are the exhibits recovered. The principal suspect “AUXILIARY” escaped, his lieutenants were apprehended, one neutralized & no casualty from our side. Pride goes before a fall!’
It was gathered that there was pandemonium in Ibadan as Auxiliary boys unleashed terror on road users in the state.
There are reports of non-stop indiscriminate gunshots by Mukaila Lamidi Auxiliary gang at Olodo, Iyana Church, Alakia Isebo and Iwo Road areas of Ibadan on Tuesday morning.
Recall that Governor Seyi Makinde on Monday afternoon disbanded Mukaila Lamidi Auxiliary-led Motor Park Management System.
