Alhassan Yusuf arrived at the Super Eagles’ camp at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Kigali on Wednesday morning.
With Yusuf’s arrival, head coach Eric Chelle now has the full complement of all 23 invited players in camp. The midfielder, who plays for Major League Soccer (MLS) club New England Revolution, had missed the team’s first training session on Tuesday.
The 24-year-old is expected to participate in the Super Eagles’ second training session later tonight.
Tuesday’s session marked the Super Eagles’ first training under Malian coach Chelle.
The team is preparing for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying matchday five clash against the Amavubi of Rwanda at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali on Friday.
The three-time African champions are currently in fifth place in Group C, with three points from four matches.
